I've gone through the help section of LR and also tried opening up Creative Cloud. In both cases it says my software is up to date yet I remain on V9. Similarly, when I look at the latter it says Photoshop is up to date but again I'm on the previous version. Anyone know what's going on? (I'm on Windows 10 , 2004 build).
Did you try signing out of the Creative Cloud software and then signing back in?

Yes I've checked. I've used LR and creative cloud for years and no problems until now
