Updated and now can't drag and drop photos 4/16/2020

I updated today and now I cannot drop and drag photos in Lightroom. I can manually set a target folder and they will transfer but drag and drop isn't functioning. bug fix please or what else would cause this?

Typically people having this issue are failing to click in the middle area of a thumbnail, getting too close to the edges.

David,      Thank you for the reply. That was a very good point but not the issue. 2 days after posting the issue I opened again Lightroom and it no longer was a problem. Peculiar for sure since for 2 days it persisted. Now it is no longer a problem.  Thanks for taking the time.
