User presets lightroom

Sorry that you're missing a user preset in Lightroom and would like to recover it. 

Could you please elaborate and provide some more details about the issue? How did you found that the user preset is missing?
Also, which version of Lightroom and the operating system you're working with? In Lightroom, you can check that by going to Help > System Info.
