V10 incredible slow

Hello folks!
After updating to V10 yesterday, I can't work smoothly in Lightroom at all. Scrolling through the previews in the library is terrible! After about 3-5 seconds the previews start to move. Even with a catalog with only 10000 photos it is really slow.
I have a MacPro (Late 13) which works very well with Lightroom. My partner with Windows has the same problem. Is this known?
