Bonjour

Check the quality setting is at least standard. Also, check that the images are large enough for 1080p

Hello

Il n'y a pas de liens entre le reglage de lectuer sous LR et l'exportation vidéo. Et sous LR6 avec le même réglage j'ai une tres bonne qualité.

1080p video requires a bitrate of 5,000 Kbit/s so that's most likley not the issue. There have been numerous similar reports of poor LR Slideshow video quality, which were "fixed" by manually building 1:1 Previews. Try selecting all of the files and Build 1:1 Previews. Once completed try again.

In the Library module click on the first image file, hold down the shift key and then click on the last image file. Next go to menu Library> Previews> Build 1:1 Previews and click on 'Build selected.' If all of the files in this folder are to be used in the slideshow you could also click on 'Build All' without the need to manually select them first.

The Quality settings Draft, Standard, and High in the Slideshow Playback panel have no affect on the Slideshow Export PDF, JPEG, and Video files. They are only used for when viewing the slideshow inside LR.

I can confirm what you are seeing even with 1:1 previews built. I thought this issue had been fixed, but apparently not. I suggest adding your 'Me To' vote, 'Follow,' and any comments you'd like to add at the below problem report.

https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/bug-report-sharp-pictures-look-very-soft-in-l...

It appears Output Sharpening is not being applied to the resized image files (1920x1080 constraint) used to create the 1080p slideshow. One workaround for now is to export all of the image files to resized and output sharpened JPEG files and then use them to create the slideshow. The below settings should be used for a 1080p slideshow. It's extra work, but I confirmed that it does produce sharp images. You can also adjust the amount of Export Output Sharpening (Screen Low, Standard, High) to suit your preference and the image subject type.

A forgot to mention that you will need to subtract any settings used in the Slideshow 'Layout' panel as shown in the below example. This will prevent the JPEG image files from being resized during creation of the slideshow. If they are all set to 0 there's no need to change the 1920x1080 values in the Export module.

1920 -Left -Right

1080 -Top - Bottom

In the below example:

1920 -50 -50 = 1820

1080 -50 -50 =  980

You can save the Export module settings to a preset (Add). Give it a name related to your Slideshow module settings, which can also be saved as a 'New Template' in the Slideshow module.
