Can't use the Slideshow feature and get the following message: Slideshow and playback & export to video have been disabled because your video card or driver is not supported.......Recently upgraded from LR 5.?? and am still using the same Intel (r) HD Graphics Card.  Windows 10 is current, LR CC is current and the driver for the video card is current. Don't know what to do next.  When I look at System Information there is no information shown that relates to the video card.

Can anyone help?

In Lightroom, go to Preferences, click on the Performance tab, then uncheck the box that says Use Graphics Processor.

If that doesn't help, please state what video card you do have, and the exact version NUMBER of your Lightroom.

Hi:

Thanks for your reply. The Use Graphics Processor has been unchecked I am

using an Intel (R) HD Graphics card. LR CC version is 2015.8 (1099473).

Thanks again for any help. The unchecking did not make any difference.

Actually, the latest Intel driver for the Intel HD 4000 and Windows 10, win64_153345.4653.exe, appears to fail Lightroom's check for OpenGL support.  I solved this issue by removing the latest driver and installing the previous driver, win64_153343.4425.exe, per the instructions here: Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows...

I needed to uninstall the most recent driver and manually reinstall (using the ZIP  version of the earlier driver).  I was then able to check (re-enable) GPU support in Preferences and Lightroom (Classic CC 7.0) now (once again) enables me to produce slideshows.  The driver that is currently working for me is found here: Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.33]

I would very much like to see this addressed in an upcoming release of the driver for the Intel HD 4000 adapter.

Register your complaint with Intel, not Adobe. Intel provides the drivers for Intel video cards.

Thanks. I'm well aware of the company that produces Intel drivers. My message wasn't a "complaint."   It contains a solution for the problem -- manifested in and reported here concerning Lightroom CC, an Adobe product -- that is the subject of this thread.
