Wait for processRenderedPhotos to finish

I am publishing my images to a remote server in processRenderedPhotos. There I am waiting for the rendition to complete. I am waiting in a LrTasks.startAsyncTask

But, as they are async publish finishes before the upload functions. how can I wait for all the async functions to finish, so I can return from processRenderedPhotos

This I believe is a question of principle. Can you switch from asynchronous to synchronous This will fulfill your expectations
