What Happen - Everything is wonky

Not sure what just happen - perhaps its 9.2.

Everything was working great and then Bam, the interface is wonky.

Is 9.2 Stable?

My Lr-Classic 9.2 is as stable as a brick 'outhouse'!

Can you explain more about "wonky"? and give some system details of OS and version numbers please.
