welcome screen pops up everytime I launch and I cant use lightroom clasic now.

How do I fix it?

What do you mean with "I can't use.."? Is Lightroom crashing or do you get an error message?

Do you mean the splash screen? It can be disabled if preferred. Go to Preferences >> General

Uncheck the box “Show splash screen during startup”
