Where is export presets saved on HD

I have reinstaled Lightroom on a new PC, and wood like to get my export presets from the old PC.

Can anyone tell me the filename it is saved on my old HD,

C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Export Presets

The Export Presets folder usually contains at least two folders - Lightroom Presets and User Presets - as well as any other folders you may have created.

under the user in explorer, my name is not there, the two folders at this point is computer and public and neither one has an appdata folder, windows 10 new computer.
