Where's the all photos section of the navigator in 9.3?

I just received Lightroom Classic 9.3. How do I open all photos with this? In the Navigator pane I only have Previous Import and Photos that Failed to Export. No All Photos anymore. How do I show all photos? Help, help, help!

In addition please provide a screen capture of the top of the left panel when you have selected the Library module. see the screen capture.
