Have you clicked the 'Repair to continue' button and have you clicked the 'Learn More' link? You do not say which version of Lightroom you use and you do not say which version of MacOS. If you recently upgraded to MacOS Catalina then that could explain it. Catalina has new and more stringent security, so you need to give Lightroom permissions to access certain folders, like you Pictures folder.
