Why cant I add more pictures

I need help! I have pictures on my camera that do not show up when I click on the import icon. I clicked on "From Camera Roll" and only some pictures show up.  The " From All Photos" option, isnt allowing me to click here. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance!

First up, please confirm what application you are usin. And while you are at it to provide more sys info.

In Lightroom click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that into a reply

Third, probably should have been second. This is a camera? Or is it a smart phone? Or an iPad?

Camera Roll not a very camera storage term.
