Why does this always come up when I start Lightroom?

Lightroom is not remembering that you have seen this already.

Might be a problem with the preferences file. Not that I like it, but the usual recommendation is to delete the preferences file and let LR create a new one.

What happens if you click the button Ok I got it.

Then it goes right into lightroom.  This started after I upgreades to the lastest version of lightroom.
