It looks like you are trying to install Lightroom and not Lightroom Classic. Since this is the Lightroom Classic forum, I would recommend posting your question in the Lightroom forum.

Actually I notice that you do not appear to have the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App installed. Assuming that you are paying for one of the Adobe Plans for the subscription model, you should first install that, then use it to install thevarious Adobe Applications you are paying for.
