Hi all,

i installed the xmp files to local corrections (xmp/camera raw). The local corrections are shown in PS/Camera Raw but not shown in LR! Does anyone have a solution for this?

Local Correction Presets are not shared between Camera Raw and Lightroom Classic. Lightroom still uses the old .lrtemplate format for those presets.

Assuming that the XMP files are in the same folder as the raw files, try this:

Select the files in Library, then go to the Metadata menu > Read metadata from files.

Thank you for fast reply.
In my case it's about brush presets, which are not available in lr. but in camera raw (PS) these brushes are available.

You can convert them, but it takes a bit of effort. Open a raw file in Camera Raw and apply your brushes one by one. Say you have ten presets, then you make ten different brush stokes, one for each preset. Save the image as DNG, and import it in Lightroom. In the develop module select the brush, click on the brush pins one by one and save each one as a new brush preset.
