Yellow artifacts upon export where brush was used

When I use the clone/heal brush along the edge of an image, upon export there is a yellow artifact that appears in that spot.  This artifact is not visible when in the catalog.  I think I've only noticed it on images with a solid color background.  Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?  What is causing this?  I'm using Lightroom Classic 9.4.

I believe this is related to the bug discussed at https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/lightroom-classic/lightroom-93-bleeding-color-with-heal...

Much of the discussion relates to 9.3. However, the bug was not fixed in time for 9.4 release

Thanks, I think this is similar, but not the same. When I am in the catalog, this yellow is not there. Also, there is nothing yellow on the sides for it to bleed. The yellow only appears when I export the final JPEGs. I don't see it at all until that point.
