Lightroom for desktop: Auto-completion bug with French special characters

There is a huge problem in Lightroom CC when typing name and waiting for auto-completion.
Basically, if I am looking for a name like Stéphanie with accent on the "e", then I have to type "Ste" without the accent to get the highest chance to find what I am looking for.
If I type "sté" it does not work anymore.
If I type "step", it does not work anymore either.
So there is no way to filter down to a shorter list.
I have a lot of People in my library and this is really annoying.
Thanks for fixing this, please.
