@Rikk so far so good, Rikk. i've checked in on a series of photos that were previously unavailable due to these error codes, and fortunately they have come back with the edits still intact. SUCH a relief. fingers crossed this is 100% across the board! thank you guys!

Still having this issue. Only on 2 of my photos however, all the rest are fine. It happened after I edited on my laptop while still having the image open on my lightroom mobile app. This definetely causes the issue. Its unfixable for me right now and been like this for over a week, can't export the photo or edit the photo on my phone

@Stefanos Moulinos are you seeing this with the latest 6.2.1 version?

Yes, same error but with a fancy new error screen. Although it offers to reset the image for me to edit again which is annoying but I guess better than having no access at all

You can try to undo the reset, it sometimes can help you from losing all edits.

Is this the complete screen shot from the 6.2.1 version?

Normally you would see a reset button showing up.
Once reset you can sometimes do an undo to get some of the edits back.

Thanks,
Ignacio

Btw, try to see if you can undo the reset directly after resetting it.
It sometimes can help you recover some of the edits.

I'm getting the same error now.

I have updated all the Lightroom verions, logged out and logged in. Tried to reset to editing but I'm unable to synchro most part of my photos on mobile.

Can't beleive this error gets occuring after all the years of this topic being active

@Tomasz24946538hj5l
It makes more sense if you create a new thread.
Although the error code is the same the reason for the bug might be a different one.
Can you make a minor edit on https://lightroom.adobe.com and see if it helps?

thanks,
Ignacio
