It appears you are running a very old display driver. We recommend you go to nVidia's website and download the latest driver for your video card. The crash should go away after updating.
I have the same problem! When trying to level the horizon the pic does ́nt level. When trying again Lightroom freeze and is not answering. When restarting Lightroom the window is locked on the last pic that I tried to level. This is a extreemly poor functioning. When are your bug fix releast?
From your description it sounds like you have an Application Hang and not a crash. I would recommend starting a new thread as this thread is about crashing. Please include as much information about your system as possible. Include OS, Free Disk Space and specs on your machine.
s working very badly with the new OS of Apple. it doesnt download easily the pictures from SD cards. and doesnt crash but it gets stuck. doesnt work. doesnt uppload even the local library. it used to be a nice app. but now...
Version 3.3, an update to Lightroom Desktop, went live on June 15, 2020 and contains a fix for this issue. Please install the update and respond back if it does not cure the issue for you. Thank you for your patience!

I left the program up and running with my computer plugged in. When i came back and tried to resume editing, it didnt save the edit changes i made.... i went back to the same photo like three times! i then tried to quit the program, but that didnt work either. FORCE QUIT didnt work either... my computer wont restart because lightroom is running.... im stuck... the photos i worked on editing before i left are saved, but the program freezes and wont let them export either... KayleeM - this information shows you do not have Lightroom Desktop (Currently 3.4) You have an old version of LIghtroom Classic (8.1) which is currently on 9.4. You should probably update your Lightroom Classic to 9.4 and if you still have issues start a thread under Lightroom Classic.
Go to your Adobe Creative Cloud app and look for an update and install it from there. It should update you from 8.1 to 9.4 as long as your OS supports the new version.
