As you see here. It doesn't put the title I entered into the Web Gallery. It changes the Album name... RackMultipart2019022610266r6xo-c7cb0adc-3df0-4d37-b723-df86f6303433-1903126473.png
Which means. I can't avoid this, I have to Select the images carefully that I want to share to the Web, then put them into their own (new) Album, and when it gets a title in Settings, it wil change that album name. Fine - except that it still doesn't set that album title to what I want. It stays as "Latest Images"
So... Hola - there's something wrong. I need to be able to set the Web Gallery page title, without changing the Album name.
To recap. The Album is called Experimental, in a Folder called Temporary.
I tried naming the WebGallery set something else - but no matter what, it changes the Album name and not the Web Gallery Title. Leaving it as Latest Images.
I just tested rachalmers and it is working as expected for me.
On LrCC Desktop - change Title changes Album Name and Web updates to correct Album Name and correct Title On LrCC Web - change Title changes Album and Desktop updates to correct Album name and correct Title.
Am I misunderstanding your issue or is your system working differently?
1. I don’t want to change the CC Album name if I’m creating a web gallery.
2. Regardless, the Gallery Title that appears on the web page should at least be the Album name, if that’s the way it works, but it’s not. The web page title is “Latest Images” , which is about banal as you can get.
I mean, what’s the point of the interface asking for a title, if it doesn’t use it other than to change the Album name in CC.
I would have thought that asking for a Title would be asking for a web gallery page title. And changing Latest Images to that name.
Lightroom Desktop 2.3 was released today and contained a fix for this issue. Please update to 2.3 and verify that you are no longer seeing the issue. Thank you!
