What is your installed Lightroom Version?

What is your OS version?

Can you provide a screenshot showing your crop options?

It would be helpful to also know the pixel dimensions of your original image.

The aspect ratios for the crop tool are broken.

I have tried a fresh install of app. And even reset my device, but its still broken.

If I crop to 5x4 it keeps original format. (Not 5x4)

If I select 2x1 it crops to 5x4.

Its very frustrating to have such a crucial tool not functioning correctly.

Especially as a paying user, on one of the highest end android tablets at current.

It is is only a problem on my galaxy Tab s7+

Crop is working fine on my note 20 ultra.

Can confirm same issue on Galaxy Tab S7+

Running v6.1.0

OS is android 10

clemdellach,

If your s6 is anything like my device, if you select 2x1 it will crop to 5x4. You could try this as a temporary work around. But I'm sure this will be fixed soon as the issue is now 3 months old.

Example of issue. As you can see, that is not a 5x4 crop and definitely not a 2x1 crop

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. Well, not glad there's the bug. Just noticed this today. Same Android version 6.1.0 on my Samsung Galaxy 9+ and Samsung Tab S7 on Android 11, crops correctly on the phone, Galaxy 9+ but really wrong on the tab S7. Reinstalled twice on the tablet with no remedy. One of the main reasons to get the tab S7 was the mobile lightroom, I hope this will be fixed soonish...

I just lost 10 prints due to a wrong ratio caused by this bug. 😞

BTW "5x7" is the new 3x4 on Galaxy Tab S7.

In the Samsung Dex version, when I switch the aspect ratio from "original"(which for me was 2x3) to 2x3, it switches to some other ratio that is not 2x3. When switching from "original"  to 4x5, the ratio is unchanged even though it says 4x5.

The same exact issue is happening with me, as well. Unfortunate, too, since I bought the S7+ tablet for my mobile editing workshop I teach. The crop does not work in portrait or landscape mode, in DeX on or off. My tablet is updated to the latest Android 11 (OneUI 3.1).

Is there any solution now? I have the same Problem ... Bought the Galaxy Tab S7 yesterday and installed Lightroom Mobile. I tried to crop my Images to 5:4 or 4:5 but it won't work .. Every other Aspect Ratio works (f.e. 16:9). On my Smartphone it works perfectly .. Tried with the same RAW File.. Please! Fix this issue!!
