P: Lightroom grid view showing inconsistent information on number of photos.

When viewing photos in Grid view the count of photos is inconsistent. 

 

I expect it to say:

 

<number of photos selected> of <total photos shown> (<number of photos filtered> filtered)

 

However after filtering for unflagged photos, and then setting some photos to rejected I lose the first part.

I also have had it where after multiselecting it shows the incorrect number of photos. 

 

I can fix it by removing the filters and starting again.

Updates to the Adobe Photography Products were released on June 13. The update contains a fix for this issue.  Please download and the latest version of your application via the Adobe Creative Cloud Application or your respective device app store.

If you do not see the update (Mac and Win) you can refresh your Creative Cloud App with the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ]. 

 

Note: App store availability can take several days for the update to appear and be available.
