Were the filters synced to Lightroom Cloud?
Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check for all the images and filters that have synced & uploaded to the cloud.
You can check this and try the steps suggested: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/lost-photos-presets-lightroom-mobile.html.
