1TB limitation in Lightroom plan

I'm using the Lightroom 1TB plan for years now and I generally enjoy the ability to just upload iages from my cam directly into the lightroom cloud and a few moments later having them available on my phone, iPad and Mac. So that's nice. What's not nice is that I'm like 40 GB away from exceeding the limit of my 1TB plan. And even if I now erase all the duplicates and stuff it became clear that I'm gonna have to deal with this in the upcoming months in order to continue using this workflow.

Turns out, Adobe doesn't seem to want my money. I can't really find any option to simply upgrade my storage. But when googling it, I find textbased information, that there should be the option somewhere to upgrade for additional 10$ per 1TB. I mean come on? I'm now paying for the lightroom license  plus all the CC stuff plus 1TB and this ain't 2015 where you have to charge 10 bucks for one terabyte.  For the past 2 years I was awaiting Adobe MAX for them to announce more storage or any changes in that plan, but nothing happened and now I need to find out how and wheer I can pay way too much money for upgrading?

I'm now looking into other options like getting a NAS and getting back to Lightroom Classic. Still while I do like Classic, the ability to have one App over Mac + iOS is quite a great thing I would love to continue to use but I still have to raise the question if this whole plan shouldn't get an overhaul like...yesterday.

Adobe loves your money. You can increase your plan to 10TB maximum. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

I just realized the problem is even weirder as I don't have the drop down of possible upgrade-volumes in the available-actions-window. Maybe they don't have this available for Europeans? Bc in some documentation it shows that it should be available exactly there although I couldn't find that documentation again, all of this stuff is pretty inaccessible making me wonder again whether they want people to upgrade or abandon the service.

I mean even if it was easier to access (or available at all for me) I'd still argue that 10 bucks for 1TB of storage is 2015 kind of prizing.

It feels to me like Adobe doesn't completely know where to go with their whole Photoshop/Lightroom Classic/ Lightroom-line of products and I wish they would set the focus from adding more AI features to just overhauling their stuff for the better.

I am European too. If I go to the same page for my own country, everything appears to be available. Contact Adobe if you can't find it.
