I have been paying for a premium service on Lightroom since July 2021. Swapped from my Driod to IOS in November and tried moving my account.Since then payments have been charged regularly but I haven't been able to access any premium services

Hello @Sena23837482vcmj

Checking against the email ID you used to post for help here, I see no purchase/subscription history.  Your active Lightrooom subscription must be under a different email ID, and I can't see what that is.

If you still have Lightroom running on your old Android device, please open Lightroom Android's app settings, and find your email address used.  Be sure to sign into Lightroom on iOS using the same email ID as you see inside your Lightroom Android app.  If you still need help with this, please contact Adobe Support directly--Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option.

If you are permanently moving from Android to iOS, you might want to consider cancelling your LR subscription via Google Play settings, and when the subcription expires, subscribe again on iOS so you can manage the subscription via iOS Appstore settings in the future.
