Thanks for the update. We've discovered instances of a Corporate license where the issue turned out to be the Corporate Admin controlsFor now, please contact the administrator to your Adobe Creative Cloud license and ask them to enable services on your account that affects adding images to Lightroom Desktop.

Hi there,

Sorry that Lightroom Desktop Import option is grayed out and the app workspace is blank.

Which version of Lightroom Desktop are you using and what is your computer's OS?

Would you mind checking the steps below and let us know if that helps?

  1. From the menu bar, choose Help > Sign Out.
  2. Lightroom will now restart.
  3. Sign in with your Adobe ID again when prompted.

If that does not help, checkout the steps mentioned in this discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom/cannot-add-images-in-lightroom-desktop-and-the-library-is-b...

Thanks,

Akash

Are you an enterprise user or an individual subscriber to Creative Cloud?

Also, have you tried reinstaliing the app to see if that helps?

Thanks,

I'm an enterprise user to Creative Cloud.

I've already tried to reinstall the application but it's still the same.
