Worked in Lightroom yesterday and adjustment brushes worked just fine. Opened lightroom today and adjustment brushes are not working at all.

Please provide more information. What does 'not working at all' means? What version of Lightroom? What OS? What does (not) happen when you try using a brush?

Lightroom Classic Version 9.4
Windows 10 1909 OS build 18363.1016
When I click on the brush and try to make any adjustments exposure, blacks,
whites, hue, temperature, whiten teeth, enhance iris, brighten eyes nothing
is happening at all.

Frequent answers-

Set brush Density and Flow both to 100.

Reset and re-adjust the sliders for the Brush.

If you see an [Amount:] slider you have the Brush panel in compact mode. Click the < triangle to expand the panel.

Turn the Overlay off [O] which sometimes disguises subtle brush adjustments.
