Adobe fotoabo also usable on the Iphone

I would like to know if I take out the Adobe Photo subscription which includes PS and LR if this can also be used on the iPhone.

However, only Lightroom runs on both iPhone and iPad.  Photoshop currently supports only iPad, but not iPhone.
