Hi all,
I am on a company based Creative Cloud Package and as such have a company Adobe ID. Using this ID all my photo's stored in Lightroom are obviously under this particular ID. However, we have now changed company name and as such company email and have all been given new Adobe ID's. This means I now have an empty Lightroom library.
I still currently have access to my old Adobe ID but I want to know whether I can merge the two together so I don't face losing all of my images in Lightroom?
If anyone has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

That is a great question. I’m sorry I don’t know the answer for sure. I have heard about other users having a problem migrating accounts. I recommend you contact Adobe through the chat, and see if they can help. Let us know what you find out. Contact Customer Care

There isn’t a way to easily do it Daniel unless Adobe can do it behind the scenes, but I haven’t read of any instances them doing this.
You could use the Lightroom Downloader Tool Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom but then would have to reimport the photos to the other ID (and you would probably lose things like edits on jpegs and ratings I presume).
Another option may be that if you use Classic and all your photos have downloaded to there, you could duplicate the Catalog and migrate to the new ID. You‘d have to seek further advice if this is possible though from a more experienced Classic user.
You could add a feature request here to transfer photos between IDs, as this has been asked a few times

Daniel, selondon suggestion to use Classic is brilliant. Here is an outline of what to do.
I’ve never done this myself, but I understand how the sync system works, so I am confident this solution will work for you. It shouldn’t be this much work though. I agree that Adobe should have a system in place to migrate accounts.

That could work. Just be aware that you’re system of albums and folders become a mess as only albums survive in a non-organized way. And video clips will not sync down if you had them uploaded separately.

Hello,
as an Enteprise user, your "Company Adobe ID" should be an Enteprise ID or Federated ID.
This means you cannot change the email associated ot it, because the owner of the ID is not the user itself, but the Company.
Said that, included within the Enteprise contracts you have an Enterprise Support service who should be able to answer this request.
You have to identify your Support Administrator and ask to open an Enterprise Support Ticket.

Hi Daniel,
Did you ever end up figuring out a solution for this? I'm trying to figure out the same thing (transfer from one business email to a different business email) and would love to know if there is a solution.
Thanks,
Elisa
