Adobe Lightroom - missing support

Hi

The subscribtion of Adobe Lightroom, does it include any support? I pay a monthly cost for a service. But I can't find any support for the product.

 

Any ideas?

Morning, this is the chat that I posted the other day and the same one that support keeps leaving the conversation for, I think I'm up to 8 agents now that have left the conversation.  Thank You, for responding, Bill.

This user forum often provides efficient support.  Adobe's preferred "tech support" is through an online chat system here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

Any ideas?

I didn't mark it or upvote it.  Someone else did and I don't know what it means.   

 

I wish I had an iPad so that I could test your workflow.  Without one, I don't know what you should try.   My guess is that I would use Lightroom to do all the editing and skip Photoshop Express.

Gotcha. I use the Photoshop Express to add layers then I use Lightroom to
clean-up any mess I might have. I appreciate your help. The Adobe “help”
agents were pretty disappointing. This all worked just fine last week and
for the past several months.
