Today Adobe support staff deleted 2yrs worth of pre-paid subscription by mistake. (They just said sorry so far) I had LR 1TB pre-paid till June 2023 and they hit the wrong key and deleted it all, now I don't have any access to my cloud photos and LR reports my cloud storage is full. They said they will try to put it right but concidering that they do not have the competance to operate their own softwear I don't have much faith in their ability to correct their mistake. Does anyone have a phone number of somone in USA at adobe that can speak good English, the staff I spoke to seemed to have difficulty understanding me.
