now they're saying there's no subscription listed. what happened to my payment then??? can somebody answer that??? Apple sent me an invoice right after I subscribed to your lightroom monthly subscription. Now I can't access my lighroom. How was I able to use lightroom from 09 June 2020 to July 1st if I haven't subscribed????? And yes I checked on my profile and there's no billing history. I wont stop that easy, I'm gonna call Apple and ask em' what happened to my account. It's on auto renewal charged to my Mastercard. If Apple didn't send me an invoice, I guess you can get away that easy. Too bad for you I have an evidence of my purchase even if you deleted my billing history and even order number on who knows how many servers. I'm currently a cosultant at the cybercrime division of the Police service. You picked the wrong guy folks!

I'm afraid you are the one who does not get it. "User to user forum" means that we are all users here. None of us works for Adobe, so this is not the place to ask help with this kind of problem.
