After installing a Lightroom CC update (1.4), every single one of my pictures and albums are gone from the local catalog as well as from cloud storage.
My Adobe ID site states wrongly that I have no active subscribtions and no past orders, since I have an active, paid-for license (shows up on credit card bill).
I had some trouble with a taskbar (telling me to download the Lightroom mobile app) that could not be deactivated, so maybe someone at Adobe reset my account and that messed things up?
I guess my questions are:
1. Where do I find contact information for Adobe Support (since they very obviously don't want the paying customer to contact them directly)?
2. How do I get my pictures back?
3. How do I get my license back?

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear about this, as you're able to find the images and album could you please share your Adobe ID with me via private message, so that I can check the status at my end and help you out further?
Regards,
Sahil

I am having same issue. LRC updated on my PC and catalog is gone and all presets. I was in the middle of editing a wedding shoot. I need to get my catalog back asap.
