After migrating to LR CC, missing folders

In LR Classic CC, I had folders and subfolders of my photos. After migrating to LR CC, the subfolders aren't there anymore, and many photos are not there. For example, I had my son's name as folder, and then a subfolder for each year in LR Classic CC. In LR CC, I just have the folder of my son's name, and it looks like the Year 1 photos, only. This happened to all subfolders.

What can I do? This is utterly useless right now. Thank you.

Hi chipjoyce,

Sorry to hear that your subfolder structure in Lightroom CC is not matching with Lightroom Classic CC as expected. This is an expected behavior as Lightroom CC shows the synced Albums not the folder structure of the images. This is one feature we've been reported with, please add your vote to this discussion so that our engineers can look into it: Lightroom CC: Import maintaining folder structure | Photoshop Family Customer Community

Thanks,

Akash
