Eu tinha assinatura do Lightroom mas quando troquei de celular, não consegui acessar minha assinatura. Cancelei e fui contratar novamente mas aparece que não é possível no momento. Alguém pode me ajudar?

I'm not sure what you exactly did. There's never a need, nor is it a good idea to cancel and get a new subscription because all your files are tied to an Adobe ID. If you change the ID due to a new subscription, that's an issue. If you cancelled and re-subscribed within the same ID, you're OK.
