album error

Album add new pictures automatically ,so my cleints recieve some other people photos due to this error. please fix this

What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on? Has this started to happen since a recent version of Lightroom?

Check if you've selected any album at the top middle in the Import/Add images window in Lightroom:

Additionally, it requires manual input to add or remove images from collections.
