Album not showing in list of albums in Lightroom

I created an album in Lightroom mobile however it doesn't no appear in my list of albums. It appears in my dashboard gallery but it does not appear in my album on Mobile, CC or Classic.

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening, let's make this right.

An album created in Lightroom for mobile should appear as a collection in Lightroom Classic. However, it should appear under Albums in Lightroom Cloud based desktop version.

• Are you able to see the album here? Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom
• The album might not have synced. Could you please check the internet connection?
• Also, if you're connected through a VPN, try connecting directly to the internet.

Is it possible to upload screenshots of where they do and don’t appear as this may help with the issue?

What do you mean by dashboard gallery? Is it possible that you created an album set instead of album? Screen captures would help. It’s hard to understand what you are describin.
