Albums and pictures in Lightroom 7

When I reinistalled Creative cloud I didn't realize that I downloaded a new version of LR v7.  The interface is very different from the versions I was using.  On the left pane, I don't see collections or albums as I did previously - on the tab labeled Local Computer.  When I click on the Cloud tab on the left panel, only some of the albums are listed.  There are no books listed there.  

I’d be grateful for any advice on how to use this version (this topic isn't covered on the online tutorials that I looked at)..

Perhaps you want to install Lightroom Classic (current version is 13.0.1)?
