My phone was running out of storage the other day, so I deleted the lightroom mobile app (as I have before) and when I re-downloaded it and logged into all the possible accounts, all of my edited pictures, presets, edits were completely gone. Please help!! I don't know what to do! 😞
Am I right that you are using the free Lightroom version without syncing. If so. then you should always create an iOS back-up before you de-install the Lr app so that you can restore the app form the back-up. Without having your photo+presets synced to the sever-side there is not a good chance to retrieve your work. - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
