Am I able to use this app after subscription dialog?

Can someone please help me?

There is an app called lightroom,ps camera which is an app provided by adobe but is an app for apple.

This is a very malicious app that has a subscription trigger and after that you have to pay for the app.

I want to do something about it before there are more victims, but if anyone knows how to check the billing amount, please let me know.

The Lightroom Mobile app for iOS might show the subscription offer/plans screen soon after creating an account and signing in, but subscribing is optional.  The official Lightroom app from Adobe will never subscribe itself without the user choosing to start a subscription.  If you have started a subscription, you can see the details and cost in your iCloud settings under Subscriptions.

Once any iOS app subscription is started, users can manage or cancel subscriptions in iCloud settings.  More info can be found here:
