AN ERROR OCCURED WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE MODULES

Hi everyone.
Lightroom for Mac is not opening up correctly. Whenever I attempt to open the app it comes up with a pop up box that says "An error occured when attempting to change modules". I have uninstalled and reinstalled LR and also updated the LR version and my software on the computer. I'm at a loss of what to do now. Our mobile apps are working fine, just not the computer app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
