I've confirmed with the team that this is a Desktop-only feature at this time. There is not currently a way to manually select the source for Content Aware Remove on mobile devices.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

So, in Lightroom Mobile, we have the Healing & Clone tool. Here, sample files are selected by clicking or swiping the area that needs to be edited. A similar pattern gets generated, which can be tracked and placed on the spot that needs to be sampled.

For a detailed overview, please check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVFoOvn_cqE&t=5s.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks,

Ranjisha

You totally ignored my question (since I was not asking about clone or healing but about the new removal tool), so what do you think about the helpfulness?
