App based user on new phone, all images gone

I recently aquired a new phone, and went to redownload lightroom. I was no longer on the free trial, but the previous time this had happened, my account transferred fine. This time, when I logged in on my new phone, not a single picture showed up. I tried letting it load, refreshing, even logging in on other accounts just in case i had gotten my normal account wrong. Nothing works, and now all of my photos are gone. Is there anyone I can talk to and identify if my photos are still floating on the cloud somewhere, or if I am out of luck?

What you do mean with "I was no longer on the free trial"? If you use the free version of Lightroom mobile, then the images are stored on your device, not in the cloud. That means that the only way to get them onto your new phone is by restoring the new phone from a backup of the old phone.

You could check Lightroom Web at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ if you can recall the correct log in details

From recollection I remember though if you log in there and use account details that don't have a paid subscription, then it can trigger a trial. I don't know if this is still the case.

You are right, I just spent a long time on the phone with both Adobe and Apple support. Because I had the free version of the app, everything was stored locally. When I had to offload the app to clear storage, I lost all of my files.
