What file format do you use when exporting? If you export as original, then you will get the original, so without edits. If you export as DNG, then you will only see edits if you open the DNG in an Adobe app. Other apps won't see the edits because they are stored in the metadata. Export as JPG or TIFF if you want to see the edits in all apps, even if the original is already JPG or TIFF.
