Blur effect not not working

When I use blur effect .not working and notify on the inter face something went wrong

Hi, we're sorry about the trouble! Would you mind telling us the version of Lightroom mobile you're using along with the version of Android on your phone? Since when are you experiencing this behavior and what's the file format of the image you're getting the message on?
