Blur Feature Not Working (Try Again Error Message)

Been using Light room on Android phone for 3 years+ and, all of a sudden, am unable to use the blur feature as I just get a 'try again later' message. App is up to date along with phone system. Screenshot attached. Please can you fix ASAP.

Hey, @verity_Easton7989. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. 

What exact Android device are you working on? 

 

Does this happen after a series of steps, or have you installed Lightroom for this device for the first time? 

 

You can try changing the Wi-Fi to a mobile network, or an alternate Wi-Fi network, or as a nuclear option, log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xdotLH) and check for all the images synced and uploaded to the cloud. Once everything is backed up to the cloud, try reinstalling Lightroom from the Play Store, and let me know how it goes.
