My laptop is not compatibile is not compatibile with lightroom that is why i am getting the blue screen of death. It has taken me 9 months to find that information

My Dell XPS13 was giving BSOD. I sent it to Dell who repaired. Never a BSOD again.
We do not know if your laptop is "compatible" unless you provide some System Info. MENU: Help > System Info...
Sometimes the video GPU drivers can be problematic- Try updating GPU drivers from the OEM
