Buying Lightroom storage

I am currently using lightroom 1TB storage, but wants to buy more storage .

Cannot reach (800) 585-0774 as suggested. I reside in Norway.

Any suggestion?

I would recommend contacting Adobe Customer Care

Thanks, tried that. But could not reach european /norwegian customer service. As a result, I was recommended payment in currencies I do not currently have activated in my card.
