Can I prevent a specific album from syncing to my Lightroom classic PC catalog?

My lightroom classic is installed on a PC and its catalog is synced.
On my laptop (LT) I installed lightroom CC and I can see the synced albums/collection from PC.
I created a new album, on LT, using Lightroom CC and I noticed it is automatically synced also to the lightromm classic catalog on PC.
I don't want that.
How can I prevent specify albums, created elsewhere, in this case on LT, from syncing to my Lightroom classic on PC?

No, you can't. If you sync its catalog, then Lightroom Classic downloads everything that is in the Lightroom cloud. No exceptions are possible.

What would  happen if I menually remove the synced album from my "PC" and manually delete those images from the PC synced folder?

That would delete them from the cloud as well.
